This short policy covers the current Stillroot platform scaffold.

Information we collect

Account, team, billing, configuration, job, and activity metadata needed to run the service.

Court credentials are managed by Stillroot operators and are never entered or shown in customer-facing forms.

When connected, Dropbox is used as the firm-controlled destination for completed documents.

We do not sell personal information. We use service providers only as needed to operate the service.

We use reasonable safeguards for account, credential, and job metadata, but no system is perfectly secure.
